Although the hotel lacked 24/7 reception services and had difficult check-in procedures, its location was convenient for those attending Sachenring events. the surrounding area provided access to grocery stores. Parking was available nearby. rooms were accessible only by steep stairs which may not have been child-friendly.
The hotel was difficult to navigate without clear signage or instructions.

I had a great stay in this hotel. Cleanliness was exceptional and hotel facilities were well-maintained. Moreover, the location was excellent as it was close to the city's transportation and groceries stores. Parking was also very convenient. I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Plus, breakfast was amazing with a variety of options to choose from.
Everything was spot on.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the key location of the hotel near Sachsenring and the convenience of having grocery stores nearby for snacks and drinks. the parking was also convenient, which made it easy to explore the surrounding areas without worrying about our car.
We were a bit disappointed with the check-in process since we had to call someone who barely spoke English to get into the hotel and get our keys. the steep stairs to get to our room made it difficult to carry our luggage, and we wouldn't recommend this hotel for families with children.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for our Easter holiday. We were able to easily access nearby grocery stores, which saved us time and hassle. the hotel offered parking, which was a great convenience for us. We were also pleased with the overall cleanliness of the place.
The check-in process was quite frustrating, as we had to rely on someone with limited English skills to help us get settled into our room. the hotel had a lot of steep stairs, which could be difficult for those with mobility issues.
